Our Creative Process
01
A Curious Inquiry
Planning your wedding design around a family heirloom? A life changing trip you went on? Is there a color combo that gives you LIFE? This is where we get to know you and what's most important to you as we create a floral plan that reflects your story, style, and budgetary priorities. Tell us all about your plans on our inquiry page. We'll reach out to schedule a consultation call to tease out your vision and discuss all the numbers and logistics to make it happen.
02
Envisioning
After our call, we will get to work on a design deck and pricing proposal. The design deck is filled with imagery, your color palette, potential floral ingredients in season during your day, hard good suggestions, and descriptions of all floral designs. Your pricing proposal gives a break down of where every dollar is being spent.
03
Alignment
Take time to go over your Design Deck and Pricing Proposal. If we are headed in the right direction, but adjustments need to be made, we are more than happy to make edits until the design and budget allocations reflect your desires and priorities. If we come to alignment and partnering feels right, we will collect a 50% deposit and a signed contract to confirm an official booking!
04
Finalize
The month before your event, we will schedule a call to review our floral plan, make any necessary updates, and discuss your timeline and day-of logistics. Once plans are finalized, we will send an updated pricing proposal and collect the remaining balance. On our end, we will place floral and candle orders, and finalize a production schedule with our freelance staff.
05
Event Week Magic
The week of your event we are hard at work in our studio processing flowers so that they are in peak bloom, organizing candles, creating arrangements, and expertly packing for a seamless transport. On the day of your event, floral items are quality checked, set with care, and any on-site installations are brought to life. All according to your specific timeline. At the end of the night, our staff will teardown all floral items and collect all of our rented inventory. From here we can all marinate in the wonderful memories.
Dream Team

It takes a group of talented and dedicated designers to execute a floral experience for our clients. Our team is positive, helpful, and committed to delivering our clients a beautiful experience. On the week of an event, you can find us shopping the local grower market, stripping and trimming thousands of stems, prepping and packing candles, and compiling great playlists. We are proud to work with an incredibely talented and kind crew of freelance designers.
